Food and Wine evening offers a gastronomic tour of West Cork

Inchydoney Lodge and Spa’s Taste of West Cork Spring Food and Wine Evening will be held at 8pm on Friday, April 4.

The Taste of West Cork Evening is a unique evening showcasing the best of West Cork produce and artisan producers. Inchydoney’s team of chefs is already working on combining the wonderful seasonal produce to create exciting flavours mixed with exquisite presentation. The event is a gastronomic tour of West Cork and a must for all foodies…

The evening will begin with a Canapé and Drinks Reception, followed by a seven-course Spring Tasting Menu, created by Head Chef Adam Medcalf and his team. Filled with flair and imagination, the evening will combine the best of seasonal produce from West Cork, which will be paired with wines carefully chosen by Tindal Wines.

Once you have enjoyed the seasonal menu and paired wines, you can complete the evening in Dunes Pub and Bistro where there will be an evening of music with the resident musician.

Tickets priced at €65 are now available and can be purchased from the hotel reception or by calling (023) 88 33143. Should you decide to make an evening of it, Inchydoney is offering a reduced rate of €69 per person sharing. Enjoy overnight accommodation in a deluxe room with ocean view terrace or balcony and in the morning wake to Chef’s full Irish Buffet Breakfast. You will also enjoy access to the heated Seawater Therapy Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Gym and Relaxation Areas.
