An exhibition of work by photographer Robbie Murphy will run in the café at Organico until November 19.

Robbie Murphy has lived on Sherkin Island, West Cork, since he moved there with his family shortly after he was born. As well as working on the island, farming oysters, he photographs it. His stunning images are captured with an unerring eye. To view these large prints is to be transported to Sherkin, to feel the weather, hear the waves pounding and to experience the beauty of the land and sea in the beautiful island light.

Everyone is invited to the opening party on October 8 at 4pm to see the beautiful work and support this very talented and inspiring local photographer.
